Reviews

Approve customer reviews and display them on your store. Reviews can be enabled under the Configuration page. All reviews submitted require approval before they are displayed on your store.

Enabling Reviews

1. Navigate to your stores Configuration options and check the option Allow Reviews.

2. Select Save Configuration.

Approving Reviews

1. Navigate to your stores Review section under Selling.

2. If there are reviews which need to be approved select Review next to each review.

3. To approve the customers review change the review Status to Approved.

4. Select Save.

Collecting Reviews

Customers can submit reviews from their my account or you can email them with a link to their reviews page. Replace “www.yourstore.com” with your stores web address.
